Responsibilities:
- Possess In-depth knowledge of implementation, testing of SAP HR payroll systems and applications.
- Expertise in personnel administration, personnel development, personnel time management,
- Provide support to the management to identify data mapping, execute system enhancement, and maintain pay scale level structure.
- Efficiently supervise payroll, time data, payment and deductions, schemas, and functions; calculate rules internal tables, cumulative storage, deductions, taxes, benefits integration and off cycle payroll.
- Resolves Issues faced by SAP User on day to day basis
- Develop & Implement business Process
- To ensure all related activities are carried out accordingly
- Takes initiative in resolving the concerns of End-Users
- Coordinates with external departments to resolve their day to day concerns in an effective and efficient manner
